The owner of a given construction project, subjected to an Environmental Impact Assessment procedure, is responsible for the respective environmental monitoring. In order to put in place measures to minimize the environmental impact, imposed and / or proposed for the project, it is essential the presence of a technician on site, with responsibilities for environmental monitoring.
